**Job title**
Full Stack Engineer
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full‑stack applications leveraging Gen AI, React, Java, GCP, and AWS. Build high‑volume, high‑performance, and scalable systems that meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
**Expactations**
- Deliver quality code within sprint timelines.
- Document and test all work per internal standards.
- Participate in continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement feature modules using React for the front‑end and Java for the back‑end, integrating Gen AI services.
- Develop and deploy micro‑services on GCP and AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Manage CI/CD workflows with Jenkins and GitHub, automating builds, tests, and deployments.
- Perform and review unit, integration, and performance tests.
- Provide effort estimates during sprint planning and track progress against milestones.
- Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and communicate with team leads.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural standards.
**Required Skills**
- Strong proficiency in Java, React, and Gen AI integration.
- Hands‑on experience with GCP and AWS services (Compute, Storage, Pub/Sub, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed system challenges, micro‑service architecture, and asynchronous communication patterns.
- Proficient with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience building production‑grade, scalable systems with high throughput.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and written communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred but not mandatory.
