Job Description: **Job Title** Data & Integration Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end integration of client data into the Hyvilo platform. Design and transform datasets, configure platform settings, and conduct workshops with business, field, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless data delivery and optimal user experience. Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation, optimization, and feature enhancement opportunities. **Expectations** - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and self‑direction. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Heavy customer orientation and collaborative team play. - Ability to manage priorities, maintain rigor, and follow security procedures. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Data Analysis & Integration** – Examine source data, design transformations, enforce data quality, consistency, and reliability. 2. **Platform Configuration** – Parameterise Hyvilo for business use; set rules, filters, models, and adaptations; contribute to product improvement. 3. **Client Engagement** – Run technical and business workshops; capture user requirements; propose optimised solutions and maintain long‑term trust. 4. **Continuous Improvement** – Identify automation and optimisation possibilities; refine deployment methodology; feed functional enhancement ideas to the Product team. **Required Skills** - SQL and PostgreSQL proficiency. - Experience with ETL tools, especially FME. - Understanding of data architecture: pipelines, APIs, formats. - GIS/geospatial data handling (preferred). - Python fundamentals (beneficial). - Strong analytical, organisational, and communication abilities; customer‑first mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering or related field. - 3–5 years of relevant experience (motivation and learning capability valued). ---
