**Job Title** Technical Integration Support Intern – 1 year FTC (German Speaking) **Role Summary** Assist the Technical Services team in launching top brands onto the network by providing high‑quality technical integration support. Act as the primary point of contact between clients’ marketing and technical teams to ensure on‑time delivery of bespoke online tracking solutions. **Expactations** - Deliver detailed technical guidance and support during integration projects. - Quickly isolate and resolve errors in client setups, proactively suggesting viable solutions. - Manage and resolve objections for setups that fall below team standards. - Contribute to monthly team performance targets and maintain accurate documentation. - Maintain and expand the internal knowledge base and deliver training to colleagues. - Identify, test, and report platform bugs and feature issues for resolution. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide step‑by‑step technical support during client onboarding and tracking implementation. - Serve as liaison between client marketing and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication. - Diagnose technical issues, document findings, and propose corrective actions. - Review and approve technical work completed by teammates. - Escalate unresolved technical problems to appropriate teams. - Manage and update the internal knowledge base and share insights with the wider team. - Conduct training sessions for internal staff on integration processes. - Test new platform developments and features, reporting any bugs or inconsistencies. - Support continuous improvement of integration procedures and documentation. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical ability with a focus on the overall solution. - Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation. - Fluent in German and proficient in English. - Fundamental knowledge of web languages: HTML, JavaScript, SQL; familiarity with PHP preferred. - Experience with e‑commerce platforms and their integration points. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. - Understanding of process management, documentation standards, and quality assurance. - Team‑player mindset with ability to collaborate effectively across functions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or related field. - Certifications in web development, digital analytics, or e‑commerce platforms are advantageous but not mandatory.
