**Job Title:** Director Digital Solutions
**Role Summary:** Lead a cross‑functional team delivering end‑to‑end imaging and document automation solutions for physical and digital assets. Drive project planning, execution, and financial performance while ensuring scalability, quality, and SLA compliance.
**Expectations:**
- Own the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production rollout.
- Manage P&L, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics across multiple client engagements.
- Cultivate executive‑level stakeholder relationships and act as escalation point for complex issues.
- Build and sustain a high‑performing team of solution architects, technical specialists, and managers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver customer‑facing imaging and workflow automation solutions, maintaining stability, scalability, and SLA adherence.
- Lead a multi‑layered team in designing and implementing capture, indexing, classification, exception handling, and reporting workflows.
- Translate functional requirements into repeatable, efficient, cost‑effective solutions.
- Architect and deploy intelligent document processing (IDP), AI/ML, and workflow orchestration technologies (e.g., Kofax, Azure Document AI).
- Partner with operations leadership to integrate solutions seamlessly into production pipelines.
- Oversee engagement‑level P&L, ensuring financial, schedule, and quality targets are achieved.
- Resolve escalated customer and internal issues, align expectations, and strengthen partnerships.
- Execute within a global implementation framework, ensuring governance, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor project portfolio health, identify risks, and drive mitigation in collaboration with PMO.
- Establish and track customer performance metrics, upholding IT service delivery standards.
- Assess, develop, and retain talent; design succession plans and foster a high‑performance culture.
**Required Skills:**
- 12+ years of progressive solution delivery experience, 5+ years in senior leadership managing managers and cross‑functional teams.
- Proven track record with content management, document automation, IDP/OCR, and workflow orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of business process automation, AI/ML integration, and cloud‑based workflow platforms (Kofax, Azure Document AI, etc.).
- Experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance at program or engagement level.
- Executive communication, stakeholder management, and escalation resolution expertise.
- Leadership in building high‑performing, scalable teams with succession planning.
- Proficiency in governance and delivery methodologies (Agile, PMI, ITIL, or equivalent).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile, or IDP/AI/ML credentials) are a plus.
