Role Summary
Lead the creation and execution of a data‑driven marketing strategy that drives growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Oversee a global marketing team, align initiatives with product, sales, finance, and legal functions, and deliver measurable ROI through omni‑channel campaigns.

- Manage omni‑channel marketing, continually testing and iterating for optimal performance.
- Build reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness and extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to align messaging, campaigns, and conversion strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Required Skills
- 7+ years in senior marketing leadership (fintech, real estate, or mortgage sectors preferred).
- Proven ability to scale businesses through effective marketing strategy and execution.
- Experience managing >$15 M annual budgets with strong ROI focus.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
- Advanced analytical skills: performance tracking, forecasting, reporting, data presentation.
- Deep knowledge of homeowner acquisition, engagement, and retention, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency with marketing tools: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards, ad platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with ability to present ideas and data persuasively.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing priorities and collaborative remote‑first work environments.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or marketing automation (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud).
