**Role Summary**
Drive operational excellence for product development and delivery across multiple projects. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, streamline processes, and ensure consistent execution from ideation through consumer launch.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee product operations for ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Design, implement, and maintain process frameworks that reduce complexity and increase predictability.
- Lead planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales).
- Collect, analyze, and present data to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings to capture feedback and secure buy‑in.
- Maintain and enhance collaboration tools (Miro, Smartsheet, AirTable, etc.) and document repositories.
- Mentor and coach team members on operational best practices.
- Partner with product, retail, and supply‑chain leadership to map end‑to‑end value chains.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years in product management, project management, operations, or strategy.
- Proven ability to lead, plan, prioritize, and execute multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus‑building skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication; adept at influencing diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Apple Keynote.
- Experience using Miro, Smartsheet, AirTable, and other project‑management platforms.
- Familiarity with product/retail value chain from concept to consumer.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
