**Job Title** Production Assistant **Role Summary** Support daily media production activities on short‑term projects (2–3 weeks). Coordinate tasks, manage files, prepare assets, and assist on‑air and behind‑the‑scenes operations to ensure smooth broadcast delivery. **Expectations** - Ultra‑organized, able to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines. - Proactive, autonomous, with strong team orientation. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Passionate about media and eager to contribute to dynamic TV productions. **Key Responsibilities** - Draft scripts, research illustrations, and create visual assets in Photoshop. - Manage precise Excel spreadsheets (question lists, location data, schedules). - Plan and coordinate Teams meetings and production calls. - Participate in production and rehearsal meetings, track progress, and update status. - Prepare and send VMIX files, on‑air graphics (trombinoscopes), and shooting briefings. - Handle on‑site logistics: welcome guests, oversee catering, and manage live streaming on Facebook Live. - Publish and format articles for internal or external distribution. - Assist in script readings with the creative team and provide feedback. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables). - Basic Photoshop skills for thumbnail and graphic creation. - Familiarity with media production tools (e.g., Open Media, VMIX, or similar). - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Clear, concise written and oral communication. - Ability to work independently and within a cross‑functional team. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, or related field preferred. - No specific certifications required, but experience or training in TV production, video editing, or broadcast operations is a plus.
