Job Title: Head of Sales Role Summary Senior sales leader responsible for building a category‑led sales engine, scaling revenue at scale, and creating scalable systems and structures that enable predictable, repeatable growth in a fast‑growing commercial organisation. Expectations * Deliver a consistent, high‑performance sales culture. * Translate commercial strategy into measurable, actionable plans across Growth and Enterprise segments. * Drive forecasting accuracy and robust pipeline health to support revenue targets. * Lead and coach senior sales talent, ensuring accountability and career progression. * Maintain data‑driven discipline in CRM, pipeline management, and performance review. Key Responsibilities * Own end‑to‑end sales performance and revenue growth, setting strategic goals, targets and execution plans. * Design and refine a category‑based sales structure that promotes ownership and expertise, improving win rates and preventing siloed work. * Lead, coach and develop Sales Executives and Account Managers, delivering clear expectations, performance reviews, and under‑performance remediation. * Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and CRM discipline, using data to diagnose risks, remove blockers and hold teams accountable. Required Skills * Proven leadership experience within a high‑performing sales organisation (media/advertising/B2B preferred). * Track record of scaling revenue through structure, process and people. * Strong commercial judgement and balanced, realistic ambition. * Advanced coaching, challenging and accountability skills for senior sales talent. * Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and CRM systems. * Strategic thinking, communication, and ability to drive execution in fast‑scaling environments. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree – Business, Marketing, Economics or related field. * Relevant sales or leadership certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Sales Management Certification) preferred but not mandatory.
