Program Manager
**Role Summary**
Leads multi‑year, enterprise‑scale transformation programs (infrastructure, cloud, application modernization) within the BFSI sector. Drives stakeholder alignment, governance, and delivery across complex, regulated environments while ensuring executive‑level communication and program value realization.
**Expectations**
- Deliver transformation programs on schedule, within budget, and compliant with regulatory and risk frameworks.
- Achieve stakeholder consensus across federated business units, regions, and functions.
- Maintain high program visibility and trust with senior leadership through clear reporting.
- Foster adoption of new platforms and operating models in risk‑averse settings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute program strategy, roadmap, and governance for multi‑year initiatives.
- Manage inter‑dependencies across workstreams, vendors, and internal teams; resolve conflicts and bottlenecks.
- Align and influence diverse stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and enforce compliance, risk, and governance controls throughout program lifecycle.
- Lead change management and adoption activities to embed new technologies and processes.
- Produce executive‑level communications, status reports, and risk dashboards.
- Adapt program plans to shifting priorities and organizational constraints while preserving outcomes.
**Required Skills**
- Proven program leadership in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence across matrixed organizations.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks in financial services.
- Expertise in cloud, infrastructure, and application modernization delivery models.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and executive reporting abilities.
- Robust dependency and vendor management experience.
- High resilience and adaptability to navigate bureaucracy and changing priorities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant program management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP).
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or ITIL a plus.
- Financial services regulatory knowledge (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR) preferred.
