**Job title:** Professional Services Consultant – German Speaker **Role Summary:** Drive the successful onboarding and long‑term adoption of Guesty customers in German‑speaking markets. Serve as the primary technical and strategic advisor, ensuring customized configuration, comprehensive training, and continuous support to maximize platform value. **Expactations:** - 3+ years in professional services, technical account management, or enterprise support in B2B SaaS. - Native/F‑level German language proficiency. - Strong technical acumen with STEM or equivalent technical experience. - Proven project ownership, multitasking, and time‑management abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end‑to‑end customer onboarding: system configuration, data migration, and validation. - Deliver tailored product training via video conferencing and create onboarding materials. - Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key clients. - Resolve technical issues, manage escalations, and coordinate with Customer Success and CX teams. - Conduct customer needs assessments, recommend optimized configurations, and share insights with Product teams. - Develop and document best‑practice onboarding playbooks. - Maintain regular follow‑up to boost customer engagement and platform utilization. **Required Skills:** - Technical troubleshooting and analytical problem‑solving. - Proficiency in Google Suite; intermediate Excel skills. - Project management in a fast‑paced environment. - Strong communication in German (native) and English. - Customer‑centric attitude, patience, and professionalism. - Adaptability to new products and industry trends. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent practical technical experience.
