Job Description
**Job Title** IT Audit Specialist **Role Summary** Provide audit‑ready documentation support for HR processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Manage documentation life cycle, standardize templates, and maintain a centralized repository to support internal and external audits. **Expectations** * Deliver accurate, complete audit documentation on schedule. * Maintain compliance with HR policies, data privacy laws, and audit frameworks. * Work autonomously while coordinating with HR partners, COE experts, and auditors. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and validate HR audit documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance. * Standardize templates, formatting, and SOPs for all audit‑related materials. * Collaborate with HR business partners and subject‑matter experts to gather and update information. * Organize, track, and maintain audit documentation in a centralized repository. * Develop process maps and workflows for HR, Workday, and audit activities. * Support data governance processes, including audit preparation and responding to external audit requests. * Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices. * Assist internal clients with standard documentation activities and quality control. **Required Skills** * Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Visio; experience with document management systems. * Ability to analyze complex information and solve problems. * Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptability to various audiences. * Self‑directed, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. * Experience applying digital tools to optimize business processes. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in HR operations, compliance, or audit support. * Visio proficiency required; Workday experience is a plus.
