**Job Title** Enterprise Account Executive – Global Exhibitor Sales **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by selling conference exhibitor services to senior executives of leading IT vendors. Build and maintain high‑level client relationships, achieve quarterly sales targets, and provide integrated marketing solutions that support global enterprise buyers. **Expectations** - 4+ years of consultative sales experience in high‑tech services, software, or hardware. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in an incumbent or new market. - Ability to manage a territory, plan accounts strategically, and forecast accurately. - Willingness to travel for conferences, client meetings, and industry events. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and grow Total Sales Bookings (TSB) to deliver net revenue growth for assigned conferences and clients. - Develop and execute account plans, including territory management and pipeline generation. - Collaborate with lead generation teams to secure prospects and nurture pipeline to at least 3x the sales forecast. - Conduct renewal activities, focusing on client needs and strengthening long‑term relationships. - Craft integrated solutions aligned with contract offerings and client objectives. - Provide accurate 30/60/90‑day revenue forecasts within ±5% accuracy. - Use Salesforce.com and related sales enablement tools to record all activities and manage contracts. - Deliver high‑quality presentations in Gartner format at client and internal meetings. - Travel to a minimum of 5 conferences annually, plus client and competitor visits. **Required Skills** - Strong prospecting, account planning, and pipeline management. - Consultative selling with ability to understand enterprise‑wide challenges. - Knowledge of C‑level sales and marketing decision makers and business buying centers. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other sales enablement software. - Ability to travel frequently and manage a geographically dispersed account portfolio. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - No mandatory certifications, though knowledge of Salesforce or similar platforms is preferred.
