Job Description
**Job Title:** Technical Sales Representative – Water Treatment (Remote) **Role Summary:** Provide technical and commercial support for industrial water treatment programs in the metallurgy sector. Manage project implementation, deliver value-added services, and achieve revenue targets while ensuring safety, environmental, and quality compliance. **Expactations:** - Meet or exceed sales revenue and profitability goals. - Deliver high customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships. - Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in field operations and project management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and recommend tailored water treatment solutions for clients. - Troubleshoot treatment challenges, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. - Manage end-to-end project implementation, including installation, commissioning, and monitoring. - Maintain technical knowledge of products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Strong technical acumen in chemistry, environmental science, or chemical engineering. - Proven commercial sales experience in industrial water treatment or related sectors. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills. - Effective communication in English (verbal and written); proficiency in French and Dutch is an asset. - Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a dynamic field environment. - B‑class driving license. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Environmental/Water Treatment, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of commercial and industrial experience in water treatment or a related field. - Valid driver’s license.
