Job Title: Solutions Architect
Role Summary:
Lead complex, customer‑centric engagements to unlock value from the Wrike platform. Drive digital transformation, automate workflows, and design secure, scalable integrations with enterprise systems.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑impact, strategic services that embed Wrike as a core element of customers’ digital workstreams.
- Act as technical partner, project/program manager, and change agent across cross‑functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into secure, future‑ready solutions, influencing product roadmap and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver large‑scale, end‑to‑end solutions integrating Wrike with ERP, CRM, BI, and AI services.
- Lead automation and AI‑enabled workflows, leveraging API integrations and low‑code tools.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication using Agile or hybrid methods.
- Mentor and coach internal teams; share best practices and thought leadership.
- Consult on security, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), zero‑trust architectures, and compliance frameworks.
- Advise on KPIs, analytics, and reporting via BI platforms to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI/automation, and change management.
- Programming experience in Python, Ruby, or JavaScript; familiarity with AI/ML tools.
- Proven API integration expertise with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics.
- Project management skills; ability to scope and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Interpersonal skills: authentic, empathetic, professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), ITIL/IT4IT/COBIT, and cloud security.
- Multilingual capabilities (preferred).
- Public thought‑leadership experience in digital transformation, AI, or the future of work (preferred).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT, or equivalent (optional but desirable).
