Job Description
**Job Title:** Associate, Client Support **Role Summary:** Provide technical and analytical support for financial and treasury management applications, monitor data quality, manage onboarding of new funds/accounts, and serve as primary point of contact for clients and data providers. Ensure timely issue resolution, maintain knowledge resources, and collaborate with development and project teams. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 + years of experience in support and data monitoring. - Strong technical problem‑solving ability and quick decision‑making. - Excellent written and verbal communication; client‑facing confidence. - High organizational aptitude, self‑motivation, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with the financial/treasury management industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor data feeds, identify and resolve discrepancies, absences, or duplications. - Communicate with data providers and clients to obtain ETAs and status updates via email/phone. - Manage onboarding of new funds/accounts (user creation, reference data workflows, wire configurations). - Create and maintain user manuals, wiki articles, and internal knowledge base. - Submit bug reports from production environments and assist in testing new products. - Collaborate with development and project managers on data extraction, validation, and reporting processes. - Provide proactive, consultative client support and process improvement suggestions. **Required Skills:** - SQL scripting (MS SQL) and ability to read/write RegEx. - Support experience with .NET and web‑based financial applications. - Proficiency in Zendesk, Jira, TFS, and Git (Git Flow). - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis). - Strong written documentation skills (user manuals, wiki). - Interpersonal skills: client interaction, teamwork, and knowledge transfer. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required; industry knowledge considered essential.
