Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Role Summary:
Lead the end‑to‑end analysis of business processes, systems, and applications within a consulting practice, ensuring that documented requirements align with strategic objectives and drive measurable efficiency gains.
Expectations:
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that enable cross‑functional teams to innovate and optimise.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, synthesising complex business challenges into concise requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Process & Business Analysis** – Elicit, document, and validate business requirements; conduct workshops, interviews, and data‑driven process mapping.
2. **Requirements & Design Documentation** – Produce user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and change artefacts for development teams.
3. **Data Analysis** – Analyse data, define KPI dashboards, and surface insights to support decision making.
4. **Solution Design & Validation** – Provide feedback on proposed solutions, ensuring fit‑for‑purpose delivery within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure ecosystems.
5. **Testing & Quality Assurance** – Define test cases, support UAT, and evaluate usability and process impact.
6. **Agile & Lifecycle Management** – Manage backlogs, user stories, and requirements within Azure DevOps; apply iterative agile practices for rapid delivery.
7. **Continuous Improvement** – Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance consultancy delivery.
Required Skills:
- Business analysis & requirements engineering (incl. workshops, interviews, process modelling).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation abilities.
- Documentation proficiency: user stories, use cases, functional specs, and test cases.
- Agile mindset with hands‑on experience in Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
- Excellent stakeholder communication & facilitation skills.
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform or Azure solutions (desirable).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA) and, if possible, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 or Azure fundamentals.
