**Job title:** Data Solutions Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and deliver data‑driven solutions for blockchain intelligence, enabling customers to leverage Chainalysis’ asset data and analytics for investigations, compliance, and growth. Serve as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into technical workflows, proofs‑of‑concept, and scalable assets across multiple industries.
**Expectations:**
- Travel up to 25–50 % internationally to engage customers and partners.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert in blockchain, crypto, and data technologies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to align solutions with product roadmap and market needs.
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and demos to technical and non‑technical audiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather and analyze customer requirements, crafting data‑centric solutions that address cyber‑crime, compliance, or growth objectives.
- Build and present prototypes, demos, and proofs‑of‑concept showcasing core data assets and analytical capabilities.
- Develop reusable scripts, templates, and workflows to empower customers and internal teams.
- Provide data analysis, modeling, and insights using Chainalysis datasets, Python, Spark, and visual tools.
- Offer technical and domain feedback to product and engineering on features, roadmap, and customer pain points.
- Stay current on cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related industry trends, sharing knowledge with sales, services, and partners.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Splunk).
- Experience applying machine learning, AI, and natural language processing to real‑world problems.
- Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain, with a curiosity for emerging technologies.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline.
