Job Description
Job Title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Translate product vision into technical execution, mentor and coach the technical team, and ensure the ATLAS warehousing system is scalable, reliable, and secure. Expectations: 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in WMS (BY WMS). Full‑cycle development expertise, strong system architecture knowledge, and experience in agile and lean practices. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain the ATLAS WMS platform using Java, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and Linux. • Write and enforce coding guidelines, conduct code reviews, and uphold best practices. • Develop automated and manual testing strategies to guarantee product quality. • Optimize build, deployment, and operational processes to minimize downtime. • Lead technical problem solving, ensuring alignment with product strategy. • Mentor junior engineers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote skill development. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. • Continually refine development processes for efficiency and alignment with product goals. Required Skills: • Proficiency in Java, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and Linux. • Solid knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and coding standards. • Hands‑on experience with multiple programming languages and technologies (e.g., MOCA, Page Builder). • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience implementing and refining agile development processes; familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred). • No specific certifications required.
