GTM Systems & Automation Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the governance, optimization, and integration of the commercial technology stack for a high‑growth SaaS organization. Manage core GTM tools, design cross‑system automations, embed AI into sales workflows, and enforce data integrity to enable field teams and revenue operations. Serve as the primary liaison between technology, business, and enablement functions.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or business systems roles.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or project‑ownership capacity.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce and connected tools (Clay, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Proven track record of improving rep productivity and data quality through system optimization and automation.
- Strong configuration and governance background with a focus on documentation and simplification.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Product‑mindset: requirement gathering, prioritization, and measurable impact delivery.
- Bonus: experience with AI‑enabled workflows, integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, N8N), and API‑based integrations.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Administer and govern GTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Clay, ensuring integration integrity.
2. Collaborate with Business Applications to scope, prioritize, and implement Salesforce enhancements for data consistency and automation.
3. Design and implement cross‑system automations (lead routing, enrichment, lifecycle workflows) using integration platforms like Workato.
4. Identify, evaluate, pilot, and scale AI use‑cases across the GTM stack to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
5. Define and enforce data governance standards for GTM systems—ownership, enrichment, sync rules, and clean, standardized data for reporting.
6. Act as the bridge between GTM technology and field sales, gathering feedback and informing tool roadmap priorities.
7. Partner with Enablement to create documentation, training, and communications that drive adoption and confidence in GTM tools.
8. Maintain comprehensive system documentation, simplify processes, and ensure continuous data quality improvement.
**Required Skills**
- Salesforce administration and configuration (objects, workflows, process builder).
- Hands‑on experience with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proficiency in integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, N8N) and API‑based integrations.
- Strong workflow design and automation expertise.
- Data governance, quality assurance, and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences.
- Leadership and project‑management skills; ability to set priorities and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
- AI workflow experience and familiarity with large‑language‑model applications (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent) highly preferred.
- Integration platform or DevOps certifications (e.g., Workato Certified, Zapier, or N8N) considered a plus.
