Job Description
**Job Title** Group ICT Data Analyst **Role Summary** Analyses business processes and designs digital solutions within SharePoint, Nintex Workflow, Power Automate, PowerApps and Power BI to improve organisational efficiency. Works collaboratively with ICT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications, develop applications, and support data reporting. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality SharePoint and Power platform solutions that meet business needs. - Maintain and enhance bespoke applications while upholding data confidentiality. - Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences. - Learn and adopt best practices across cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and support Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, and PowerApps. - Develop and maintain SharePoint solution components (forms, workflows, customizations). - Analyse, document and optimise business processes to propose adaptive solutions. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications, test plans, and user documentation. - Liaise with ICT colleagues and business users to resolve issues and manage change requests. - Write technical change records and maintain tool documentation. - Ensure data security and confidentiality in all deliverables. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). - Experience with SharePoint, Nintex Workflow, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Team‑player mindset with capability to work in global, cross‑functional environments. - Willingness to learn and adopt best practices and policies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field. - Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-900, PL-100) or equivalent SharePoint/PowerBI credentials are an advantage.

Job Description
Job title: Junior Planner Role Summary: Assist the Programme Integration Scheduler in building and maintaining integrated delivery schedules using Primavera P6, supporting programme reporting, performance analysis, and stakeholder engagement to keep projects on time and within budget. Expectations: - Obtain and maintain required security clearance. - Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving and continuous improvement. - Produce clear, senior‑management‑ready reports and presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Build and update integrated delivery schedules in P6 with project schedulers, managers, and delivery agents. - Conduct critical path analysis and manage dependencies and key milestones. - Generate and present performance reports, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions. - Engage stakeholders, including Tranche Planners and Leads, and support Programme Controls and Integration Manager in establishing governance and control capabilities. - Update schedule data, monitor progress, and detect changes or delays. - Perform additional duties as delegated by Programme Controls and Integration Manager. Required Skills: - Experience using Primavera P6. - Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint proficiency. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to engage stakeholders and present data to senior management. - Knowledge of planning, progress monitoring, risk and opportunity management. - Initiative, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Valid security clearance or ability to obtain security clearance.
