Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Communication & HR Information Intern (m/f) **Role Summary:** Support the HR department’s digital communication strategy by creating, updating, and promoting HR content across internal platforms. Facilitate knowledge sharing among HR teams and managers, and assist in rolling out a new idea‑management process throughout French sites. **Expectations:** - 4‑6 month internship, start immediately - Pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing or related field - Strong written and spoken English; French proficiency preferred - Ability to work independently, be proactive, and collaborate with diverse teams **Key Responsibilities:** - Refresh and curate HR content on intranet, digital signage, and other channels to improve accessibility and comprehension - Design, manage, and animate dedicated Teams spaces for HR topics, encouraging interaction between HR staff and managers - Relay Group HR community updates via internal collaborative platforms and help grow local HR communities - Support the implementation of a new idea‑management framework, including preparation for company‑wide deployment in France - Produce clear, engaging written communications for internal audiences **Required Skills:** - Excellent writing and editing skills in English (French a plus) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Teams - Experience with SharePoint or similar intranet tools - Creative, curious, organized, and strong interpersonal abilities - Ability to propose and execute communication ideas independently **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline - No specific certifications required; demonstrated competence with digital collaboration tools preferred.
