**Job Title** Senior EPM Consultant **Role Summary** Lead end-to-end FP&A implementations for medium‑to‑large clients, acting as strategic advisor and project owner. Drive onboarding, design, delivery, and post‑go‑live success, ensuring measurable financial planning outcomes and sustained adoption. **Expectations** - Deliver complex FP&A projects on time, within budget, and to client‑defined success metrics. - Foster cross‑functional alignment (Finance, HR, Sales, Ops) and secure executive buy‑in. - Provide mentorship, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across multiple concurrent projects. **Key Responsibilities** - **Customer Onboarding & Delivery** – Partner with Sales for handover, design scalable FP&A solutions, manage project governance (scope, timelines, budget, risk, change). - **Solution Design** – Integrate financial & operational data, implement rolling forecasts, driver‑based models, and predictive analytics. - **Stakeholder Management** – Act as trusted advisor, facilitate executive workshops, define KPIs, and align finance with other functions. - **Quality & Coaching** – Conduct quality assurance, mentor colleagues, and drive a culture of excellence. - **Post‑Go‑Live Engagement** – Partner with Project Managers & Customer Success on transition, conduct health checks, identify upsell opportunities. - **Thought Leadership** – Stay current on FP&A trends, contribute to product boards, represent the organization at industry events, and enhance delivery methodologies. **Required Skills** - Proven delivery of medium‑to‑large FP&A implementations. - Deep understanding of financial planning principles and tools. - Experience in FP&A consulting or with financial software vendors. - Proficiency in formal delivery methodologies (Agile, Prince2, etc.). - Strong business analysis, customer‑centric problem solving, and stakeholder communication. - Commercial awareness and experience in technology‑driven transformation. - Influential leadership, ability to work independently under pressure, proactive mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, CFA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred. ---
