**Job Title**
DevOps Engineer – System and Resilience
**Role Summary**
Responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining large‑scale Red Hat OpenShift clusters and associated infrastructure for a high‑availability, data‑replication‑centric environment. Leverages IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) to automate provisioning, develops CI/CD pipelines, and ensures continuous monitoring, security, and observability for microservices. Works closely with development teams to embed DevOps and Cloud‑Native practices and drives ongoing process and tool improvements.
**Expectations**
- Deliver robust, scalable OpenShift infrastructures that meet real‑time data replication and high‑availability requirements.
- Implement automated, repeatable pipelines and infrastructure as code for rapid, reliable deployments.
- Provide expertise on performance, observability, and security to safeguard mission‑critical services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift clusters (Operators, Routes, Secrets, etc.).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and related IaC tools.
- Build, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Implement real‑time data replication solutions and ensure high‑availability configurations.
- Define performance objectives and observability requirements for microservices.
- Configure and maintain monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Promote DevOps and Cloud‑Native adoption across development teams.
- Continuously refine processes, tools, and documentation.
**Required Skills**
- 5–7 years’ experience in deploying and managing Linux‑based solutions.
- Strong knowledge of microservice architectures and container orchestration.
- Deep expertise with Red Hat OpenShift (platform, operators, networking, secrets).
- Proficiency in IaC technologies: Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
- Experience scripting with Shell, Python, Bash, or Go.
- Hands‑on with CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD.
- Solid understanding of Cloud and network security principles.
- Demonstrated ability in real‑time data replication and high‑availability design.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Engineer degree or equivalent BAC+5 in Computer Science or related field.
- Red Hat OpenShift Certified Engineer preferred.
- Additional certifications in Cloud‑Native, IaC, or DevOps are advantageous.
