**Job title:** VP of Sales
**Role Summary:**
Lead and scale a global enterprise sales organization to drive Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Own forecasting, quota setting, and delivery, while building a repeatable GTM strategy across outbound, inbound, and expansion motions. Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Marketing to align messaging and roadmap. Act as a core executive leader, shaping strategy, hiring, and performance management.
**Expactations:**
- Achieve and exceed company‑wide ARR targets and improve forecast accuracy.
- Build a high‑performance sales team with clear performance standards.
- Design a scalable enterprise GTM strategy that balances new business acquisition and expansion.
- Maintain disciplined deal quality and customer expectations while driving long‑term retention and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Deliver continuous improvement in sales processes, tooling, and data quality.
- Represent the company credibly to enterprise customers, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own Net New ARR, forecasting, quota setting, and revenue attainment.
- Lead, hire, coach, and manage a global team of Account Executives, Sales Leaders, BDRs, and Partner Engineers.
- Design and execute the enterprise go‑to‑market strategy, covering outbound, inbound, and expansion.
- Partner with Product, Delivery, and Marketing to align roadmap, messaging, and commitments.
- Establish a predictable sales operating cadence: pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal inspection, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Own sales hiring, onboarding, enablement, and performance management.
- Ensure disciplined deal quality and customer expectation management.
- Drive improvements in sales processes, RevOps tooling, and data quality.
- Serve on the executive leadership team, contributing to company strategy, planning, and execution.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep enterprise sales execution and deal control experience.
- Consultative, value‑based selling with executive presence and financial acumen.
- Highly structured operational discipline in pipeline, forecasting, and deal review.
- Proven hiring judgment and coaching ability.
- Strong communication, influence, and cross‑functional leadership.
- Experience working with product‑led or technical founders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Advanced sales certifications (e.g., SHRM, SPIN Selling, MEDDIC) preferred.
