**Job Title:**
Senior Manager, Business and Analytics – Revenue Operations (Remote)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of data infrastructure, advanced analytics, and AI/ML models for Revenue Operations. Transform complex data into predictive and prescriptive insights that optimize the full sales cycle, improve subscription and consumption‑based revenue streams, and support strategic decision‑making across sales, marketing, finance, product, and customer success.

- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute the revenue operations analytics strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards tracking ARR, NRR, churn, LTV, CAC, renewal rates, upsell/cross‑sell, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Analyze usage patterns, consumption velocity, billing accuracy, and revenue recognition for usage‑based models.
- Develop advanced forecasting and capacity planning models, incorporating machine learning where appropriate.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in revenue data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, product, and operations to ensure unified data‑driven decision‑making.
- Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders.
- Lead a team of analysts and data engineers, mentoring and guiding technical development.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, and AI/ML techniques.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with revenue operations, sales analytics, and subscription/usage‑based business models.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven project management ability; comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree preferred (e.g., MBA, Data Analytics, Statistics).
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), AWS/GCP/Azure data certifications, or PMP/Agile certifications are a plus.
