Key Responsibilities - Input customer orders into the system with full accuracy. - Coordinate the timely distribution and sign‑off of technical drawings. - Maintain and update order‐related data records. - Compile progress reports to track order status and identify improvement opportunities. - Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance order management workflows. - Provide general support to the Order Management Team Lead and team on ad‑hoc tasks and deadlines. Required Skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). - Basic familiarity with SAP is an asset. - Basic exposure to PowerBI, Alteryx, or Tableau is considered an asset. - Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively. Job Title: Business Intelligence Intern Role Summary: Intern to support the Order Management and Logistics team by designing dashboards, extracting and transforming data, automating reporting, and identifying operational improvement opportunities. Expectations: Deliver actionable visual insights, automate manual processes, collaborate across functions, and communicate findings to stakeholders; work independently while meeting project milestones. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop dynamic dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel to track KPIs such as order cycle time, backlog health, delivery adherence, and team workload. - Extract, clean, and transform data from Databricks, SQL databases, and SAP for use in dashboards and reports. - Automate and transition manual trackers to digital tools, improving data accuracy and accessibility. - Analyze process data to detect bottlenecks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities in the order‑to‑delivery lifecycle. - Participate in operational excellence projects involving standardization, root‑cause analysis, and performance tracking. - Document processes, KPIs, and improvement initiatives in clear, structured formats. - Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to support data‑driven decisions.
