Job Description
Job title: Salesforce Delivery Manager Role Summary: Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of a global multi‑cloud Salesforce transformation program, ensuring structured execution, real‑time visibility, and adherence to governance and quality standards. Expectations: Deliver in a 12‑month mission, maintain zero drift, provide instant status reporting to leadership, and own end‑to‑end delivery oversight across all Salesforce modules. Key Responsibilities: - Orchestrate daily delivery across all Salesforce modules. - Maintain real‑time visibility on progress, blockers, risks, and dependencies. - Drive implementation partners – scope, timelines, and quality. - Lead full delivery governance: stand‑ups, RAID logs, KPIs, escalations. - Build and consolidate plans, dashboards, and status reports. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Integration & Data teams. - Oversee dev cycles, testing readiness, UAT, cutover, and releases. - Ensure documentation, change logs, and release notes are up to date. Required Skills: - 10+ years of CRM/Salesforce delivery leadership. - Proven experience running large‑scale, global Salesforce programs. - Strong multi‑vendor management background. - Ultra‑structured, autonomous, and assertive execution mindset. - Deep understanding of Salesforce lifecycle, test cycles, and deployments. - Outstanding communication and governance discipline. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, App Builder, or Project Management) preferred.
