Job Description

Job title DevOps (F/H) Role Summary Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to support a partner’s projects. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure reliable deployments, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve infrastructure performance and scalability. Expactations - Demonstrate strong ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery. - Engage proactively in cross‑functional discussions and decision‑making. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of DevOps best practices and emerging technologies. - Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Configure, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers. - Implement and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning on AWS. - Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for code integration, testing, and deployment. - Monitor and troubleshoot production incidents, coordinating incident response with teams. - Conduct technology research and recommend tools or architectural changes to enhance reliability and efficiency. - Collaborate with developers to incorporate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle. - Document infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, and incident response playbooks. Required Skills - Proficient with Kubernetes and Docker. - Solid experience with Terraform and AWS services (EC2, RDS, EKS, S3, IAM, etc.). - Strong Git workflow knowledge (branching, pull requests, rebasing). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.). - Ability to monitor and log using cloud-native solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana). - Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Self‑motivated and eager to contribute actively to project success. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) preferred but not mandatory.
