Job Description
**Job Title:** DevOps Integration & Application Industrialization Engineer **Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end DevOps support for the development, deployment, and maintenance of an omnichannel CRM solution at a global health‑tech software subsidiary. Manage Windows server environments, SQL Server databases, and automate CI/CD pipelines on a certified cloud infrastructure while ensuring HDS compliance and application monitoring. **Expectations:** - Deliver reliable, automated deployment processes and infrastructure management for multiple international markets. - Maintain high availability and performance of CRM applications and underlying databases. - Collaborate closely with platform, development, QA, and security teams to integrate best practices. - Support scalability through packaging, versioning, and dependency management. - Demonstrate strong communication, client orientation, and rapid learning in an expanding organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer SQL Server databases and Windows server environments for CRM applications. - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.) for automated builds, tests, and deployments. - Create and maintain Docker/Kubernetes deployments, Ansible playbooks, and configuration management. - Package releases, manage version control, automate dependency handling, and document deployment procedures. - Implement and maintain application monitoring, logging, and alerting. - Lead migration activities to meet HDS health‑data compliance standards. - Perform automated test orchestration and contribute to continuous testing strategies. **Required Skills:** - 3–4 years DevOps engineering experience in a software environment. - Expert in Windows Server administration and SQL Server database management. - Proficient with DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, Git; plus at least one deployment/configuration tool, one automated testing tool, and one source code management tool. - Advanced scripting in Shell, PowerShell, Bash. - Strong knowledge of C#/.NET development; familiarity with Cordova is a plus. - Basic understanding of IT security principles and network fundamentals. - Fluent in English (spoken and written) is preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Graduate of a recognized engineering or computer science degree (equivalent to Master’s level). - Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent DevOps credentials are advantageous. - Knowledge or experience in e‑health domains (telemedicine, IoT, AI) is a plus.
