IAM IGA Support Engineer
**Role Summary**
Provide day‑to‑day operational support and maintenance for Oracle Identity Manager and SailPoint IdentityIQ, resolving identity lifecycle, provisioning and integration issues, monitoring system health, and collaborating with security, engineering and application teams to ensure effective identity governance and compliance.
**Expectations**
- 6+ month contract (extendable)
- Proven senior experience supporting Oracle IDM and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ in an enterprise setting
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certification and RBAC, and familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD) and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and document findings
- Excellent communication, documentation and collaboration skills; proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and operational resilience
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Operate, troubleshoot and maintain Oracle IDM and SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms.
2. Resolve identity lifecycle and provisioning failures; address integration errors across IAM systems.
3. Monitor performance, health metrics and logs; proactively detect and remediate potential issues.
4. Collaborate with engineering, security and application teams to enforce identity governance and compliance.
5. Participate in organisational transformation processes: testing, documenting and coordinating change schedules.
6. Create and maintain user documentation and knowledge‑base articles to support operational excellence.
7. Ensure all IAM activities comply with security policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
**Required Skills**
- Enterprise support of Oracle IDM and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC
- Directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Log analysis, debugging, root‑cause investigation
- Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, team collaboration
- Proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset
- Experience integrating cloud applications (Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow) into IAM platforms
- SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Oracle IDM customization (event handlers, adapters, scheduled tasks)
- ITIL process awareness and ticketing system use (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR) as they affect identity governance
- Familiarity with Active Directory Federation, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, CyberArk
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Relevant technical degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent enterprise experience
- Professional certifications beneficial: Oracle IDM, SailPoint IdentityIQ, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure AD, SOC‑1/SOX, GDPR compliance (if available)
