Job Description
**Job Title** Commercial Manager – Dentistry **Role Summary** Drive sales, market development, and client relationships for a full range of dental products. Engage private and hospital clientele, lead promotional activities, and provide technical support to practitioners. Deliver revenue growth and maintain up‑to‑date market intelligence. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. - Build long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Actively participate in industry events and marketing campaigns. - Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and visit private and hospital customers to secure new business. - Commercialize all dental specialty products and upsell additional solutions. - Maintain deep, strategic relationships with current accounts. - Plan and execute advertising, promotional, and trade‑show activities. - Collect and report market, pricing, and competition intelligence. - Analyze and propose market‑driven sales initiatives to senior leadership. - Advise practitioners on product use in the operating room (no patient intervention). - Interface with sector professionals and suppliers to address client needs. - Develop and implement action plans to convert leads into customers. - Pursue continuous technical and product‑specific training. **Required Skills** - Proven commercial experience (3+ years) in medical devices, preferably dental implants. - Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service abilities. - Self‑organized, proactive, and autonomous with meticulous planning. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a Bachelor‑level degree (≥ Bac +2) in business, marketing, or related field. - Certified or demonstrable experience in medical device sales highly desirable.
