**Job title:** Solution Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and steer scalable, secure, and efficient cloud and .NET solutions for healthcare administration, pricing, and billing systems. Collaborate with development, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical architecture and guide teams toward best practices.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver solutions that meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Lead and coach cross‑functional teams.
- Communicate effectively, drive change, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, guidelines, and presentations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define architectural principles for .NET cloud and application development.
- Advise teams on cloud‑native, hybrid, and Azure‑specific implementations.
- Analyze technical challenges and propose suitable .NET/Azure solutions.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud solutions.
- Oversee holistic technology stack from functional and technical perspectives, including non‑.NET elements.
- Apply industry best practices, standards, and architecture guidelines.
- Translate technical and business requirements into effective solutions.
- Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and services to optimize projects.
- Document architecture, guidelines, and deliver clear presentations.
- Manage multiple initiatives and lead projects to completion.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of .NET development and architectural experience.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft .NET ecosystem and Azure services (native Azure development, SaaS, PaaS).
- Proficiency with architecture patterns, API design (SOAP, REST, JSON), and cloud‑native principles.
- Strong foundation in security (auth, access control, encryption, data protection).
- Agile, Dev(Sec)Ops, and CI/CD familiarity.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency communicating complex concepts with diagrams and concise writing.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into optimal technical solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch; comfortable working in a Dutch‑language environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, .NET certifications) are advantageous.
