With almost two million premises already passed, our fully financed rollout programme is on track to serve a third of the UK. That's around 8m homes, 800k businesses, 400k local authority sites and 250k 5G access points that will soon have access to the UK's finest digital infrastructure.

Job Description
Job Title Product Manager – Business, Government and Mobile (12 month FTC) Role Summary Lead the execution of CityFibre’s BGM product strategy, managing the full lifecycle of Dark Fibre and Ethernet services to meet commercial and customer goals within the UK wholesale telecoms market. Expectations - Deliver a product roadmap that aligns stakeholders and achieves defined business objectives. - Define, launch, and retire products with measurable KPIs. - Collaborate across engineering, sales, regulatory bodies (e.g., Ofcom, Openreach) and suppliers. - Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies. Key Responsibilities - Develop product requirements, business cases, pricing models, and go‑to‑market plans. - Coordinate with agile teams, ensuring timely delivery of features and value‑added services. - Manage supplier performance and commercial terms; resolve product issues. - Report on performance metrics, attend industry forums, and synthesize insights for strategic decisions. - Maintain stakeholder alignment and product documentation throughout the lifecycle. Required Skills - Proven product management experience, preferably in B2B2B wholesale telecoms (Dark Fibre, Ethernet). - Strong understanding of UK ISP market dynamics and emerging telecom trends. - Experience with agile development, Kanban, and tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Trello. - Commercial acumen: ability to craft business cases, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. - Relevant product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic, CBPP) preferred but not mandatory.
