Job title: Senior Finance Transformation Consultant Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for multinational clients transitioning from legacy ERP systems to an AI‑driven finance platform. Drive adoption, ensure stakeholder alignment, and translate client requirements into successful system deployments. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality implementations on schedule; build trusted relationships with senior finance leaders; achieve platform adoption targets and measurable improvement in financial processes. Key Responsibilities: - Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope definition, milestone tracking, and success metrics. - Guide clients through migration from legacy ERPs to the AI finance platform, ensuring data integrity and process alignment. - Act as the primary business liaison between finance teams and product/engineering functions. - Develop detailed implementation roadmaps and manage cross‑functional execution. - Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders, fostering confidence in system decisions. - Champion continuous improvement initiatives post‑go‑live to secure long‑term platform value. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of core accounting principles and financial system integration. - Proven project management experience in finance transformation or ERP implementation. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to C‑level executives. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Adaptability to fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). - Prior experience in technology or SaaS finance functions.
