**Job Title:** Creative Tech Lead **Role Summary:** Leads the integration of emerging technologies with human‑centered design to rapidly prototype and deliver innovative user experiences. Drives proof‑of‑concept development, collaborates cross‑functionally, and applies Agile practices to create scalable, future‑ready solutions. **Expectations:** - 5–7 years of experience in rapid prototyping, MVP development, or innovation‑focused roles. - Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative solutions in complex, fast‑paced environments. - Strong leadership in cross‑disciplinary teams and effective communication of technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead rapid prototyping of concepts using AI, XR, blockchain, cloud, and low‑code/no‑code platforms. - Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product leaders to define and build proof‑of‑concepts. - Apply Agile methodologies to manage iterative development cycles and ensure timely delivery. - Translate technical ideas into scalable prototypes and guide their evolution toward production‑ready solutions. - Oversee API integration, cloud service utilization, and technical experimentation frameworks. - Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, XR (AR/VR), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Hands‑on experience with low‑code/no‑code development tools. - Strong API design and integration capabilities. - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes. - Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Interaction Design, or related field (required). - Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Scrum Master) preferred but not mandatory.
