Our history dates back to 1984 and today EUSA supports students in Dublin, Paris, Madrid, Prague, and London.

We have over 40 years' experience working with students, universities, and companies. We have successfully placed over 30,000 students in academically-directed internships.

**Job Title:** Career Advisor **Role Summary:** Connect students with academically aligned internships, provide career coaching, and manage student placements and compliance across industries. **Expectations:** Drive internship placements, maintain industry partnerships, ensure program compliance, and support student development through workshops and site visits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with students to identify career goals and place them in internships. - Track internship progress, attendance, and compliance with organizational and visa regulations. - Conduct internship site visits to assess compliance and cultural alignment. - Build and manage relationships with host companies through outreach and collaboration. - Coordinate student orientation, professional development workshops, and emergency response support. - Maintain internship databases and analyze trends to optimize placements. - Create promotional content for social media platforms. - Support study abroad programs via administrative and logistical assistance. **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal communication and public speaking abilities. - Stakeholder relationship management and conflict resolution. - Proficiency in London's business and industry trends. - High organizational and time-management capabilities. - Professionalism, accuracy, and adaptability in dynamic environments. - Initiative-taking and project ownership. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in higher education, HR, marketing, or a related field. - Professional experience in higher education or relevant industries. - Permission to work in the UK. - Basic proficiency in US higher education systems or cross-cultural experience preferred.
