Oversee a global team of 50, including 6 direct reports, to execute data-driven initiatives and align with organizational objectives. **Expectations** Full accountability for revenue generation, strategic planning, and meeting ambitious growth targets. Demonstrate leadership in forecasting, market analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to position the company as a market leader. **Key Responsibilities** - Strategize and execute sales growth plans, including pipeline development and margin-target delivery. - Develop and implement demand generation strategies using advanced analytics and automation. - Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team. - Identify and prioritize new market opportunities while aligning cross-functionally with Innovation, Supply, and Product Lifecycle teams. - Govern BD operations with measurable KPIs, ensuring data integrity and performance accountability. - Represent the company’s brand globally, fostering customer-centric solutions and partnerships. **Required Skills** - Proven strategic leadership in global sales and business development. - Strong data analysis and forecasting capabilities to optimize decision-making. - Expertise in customer management, stakeholder negotiation, and partnership building. - Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets in high-pressure environments. - Cross-functional collaboration to align BD strategy with operational goals. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
