**Job title:** IAM Integration Project Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IAM (Identity and Access Management) integration projects, acting as the primary client liaison and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet contractual cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects within approved budget and timelines, using Agile, V‑cycle, or iterative methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and risk‑management skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define project roadmaps, objectives, and deliverables for each stakeholder.
- Coordinate a team of ~5 members, managing workload, escalations, and corrective actions.
- Facilitate requirement capture, functional analysis, and solution design with architecture experts.
- Monitor budget, costs, and resource utilization; report on financial and performance metrics.
- Maintain client relationships through regular steering meetings, progress updates, and feedback loops.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in IAM, cybersecurity, or application development.
- Proven track record of leading build or integration projects on fixed‑price contracts.
- Familiarity with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or similar.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
- Self‑managed, meticulous, and decisive leadership capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent) preferred.
