**Job title:** Sales Operations – Senior Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and grow the EMEA Field Operations function, delivering strategic operational support for the Direct Sales organization. Manage a high‑performing team, design and optimize sales processes, and provide comprehensive data‑driven insights to senior leadership. **Expactations:** - Maintain high standards of performance and data integrity under tight deadlines. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Demonstrate strong business judgment, prioritisation, and stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of sales operations specialists; set clear goals and deliver results. - Drive cross‑team initiatives that enhance pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and sales cycle efficiency. - Own quarterly business reviews, headcount and talent reviews, forecasting, pipeline, and customer‑success cadences across EMEA. - Conduct regional strategic planning: market analysis, territory and resource allocation, compensation design, and quota setting. - Build tracking frameworks and KPI dashboards to provide senior leadership with actionable performance insights. - Ensure Salesforce data hygiene and integrity; collaborate with IT to maintain system health. - Solve deal‑keeping problems, provide operational support, and reduce noise to enable sales focus. - Lead the forecasting process, coordinating with sales leadership to qualify deals using the MEDDPICC framework. **Required Skills:** - Extensive experience with Salesforce and related sales‑enablement tools. - Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and recommend actionable business decisions. - Strong communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences, including leadership. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations. - Demonstrated team‑leadership experience, with a record of coaching diverse high‑performance teams. - Familiarity with sales compensation design, quota management, and financial metrics. - Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced, transformational environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, or a related field. - Professional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Ops Practitioner, or equivalent are preferred.
