**Job Title:** Brand Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary:** Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ESPN’s brand platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging, timely delivery, and measurable impact on Direct‑to‑Consumer growth. **Expections:** - Minimum 6 months experience in Direct‑to‑Consumer, Brand, or Sports Marketing. - Proven track record of executing acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, shifting environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive brand marketing campaigns aligned with ESPN’s strategic objectives. - Coordinate events, promotions, sponsorships, and partnerships, maintaining brand consistency. - Produce marketing materials (presentations, promos, digital content) in collaboration with creative, digital, social, and content teams. - Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify growth opportunities. - Track and evaluate campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations for improvement. - Support the Brand Marketing Director in managing agency, vendor, and partner relationships, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand marketing and sports entertainment. **Required Skills:** - Campaign planning and execution (acquisition, retention, engagement). - Project coordination across cross‑functional teams. - Market research and consumer trend analysis. - Data analysis collaboration with research teams. - Problem‑solving and adaptability in a dynamic setting. - Effective written and verbal communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or related field. ---
