About the Company

CORUM is a French real estate investment company investing in the whole eurozone and in all segments of the commercial property market, with a target dividend yield of 6% (not guaranteed). CORUM is available from a minimum investment of €1,075 (as of 1 June 2018) and it is the first real estate investment solution to pay any dividends generated on a monthly basis. This means that instead of paying quarterly dividends as other investment companies do, CORUM pays any dividends available to its shareholders on a monthly basis. Therefore, CORUM is an ideal solution to enjoy all the benefits of direct rental property investment, but without the drawbacks.

CORUM has implemented an original management style: flexible management. It is the first real estate investment company in France to ever implement this management style.
Like its economic and financial environment, the real estate market is also subject to uncertainties. This is why CORUM decided to use flexible management in order to benefit from great mobility in terms of asset allocation. In this way, it takes advantage of the market environment instead of submitting to it.
