Job Description

**Job Title** SAP Business Consultant **Role Summary** Provide part‑time, on‑site support and configuration for SAP FieldVu within a global enterprise undergoing consolidation. Deliver Business‑As‑Usual (BAU) ticket handling, system enhancements, new reporting, and continuous improvement of order‑management and rental processes for materials and equipment. **Expectations** - Start within 3 weeks (target: mid‑December). - Commit 2–3 days/month on site, with remote flexibility for other duties. - Work under a 3–6 month fixed‑term contract, preferably via FTC. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle FieldVu tickets, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve high‑priority issues. - Configure and update workflows, screens, and functional components to support consolidation activities. - Design, develop, and deploy new reports and system features for order management and rental workflows. - Assist in implementation tasks: testing cycles, validation, design documentation, and deployment support. - Analyze current FieldVu usage, recommend process optimisations, and provide light training and knowledge transfer. - Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system changes. **Required Skills** - Hands‑on experience with SAP FieldVu configuration, support, and enhancements. - Proficiency in order‑management, rental workflows, and material/resource handling within FieldVu. - Ability to create and modify reports and add functional features. - Strong BAU and continuous improvement mindset. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Experience working in large, global, or matrixed organisations. **Desirable Skills** - ServiceNow ITSM experience. - Background in consolidation, transformation, or optimisation programmes. - Knowledge of FieldVu data flows and integrations. - Experience in equipment rental, field operations, or logistics. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - No specific SAP certifications required, but SAP FieldVu or related SAP knowledge is advantageous.
