**Job Title:** Salesforce Functional Lead
**Role Summary:**
Seasoned Salesforce professional to lead and deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Field Service, AI, Data Cloud). Acts as the primary functional authority, guiding project teams, designing solutions, and managing stakeholder relationships in a fast‑growing consulting environment.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver complex, global Salesforce projects on time and within scope.
- Provide hands‑on declarative configuration and solution design.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Maintain up‑to‑date Salesforce certifications and industry knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead functional aspects of multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations (e.g., Agentforce, RCA, FSL, Data Cloud).
2. Translate business requirements into scalable, declarative solutions and configuration.
3. Produce functional design documents, process flows, and user stories.
4. Coordinate with technical architects, developers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.
5. Manage stakeholder expectations, conduct workshops, and present solution proposals.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
7. Ensure compliance with project governance, timelines, and budget constraints.
8. Support post‑implementation activities, including training, change management, and continuous improvement.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Proven senior/lead role on Salesforce projects, preferably within a consulting or Salesforce partner environment.
- Strong expertise in core Salesforce clouds; additional experience in AI, RCA, FSL, Data Cloud is a plus.
- Hands‑on declarative configuration and solution design capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid team settings.
- Full right to work in the United Kingdom.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications aligned with experience (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant, etc.).
- Formal education not mandatory; a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field is advantageous.
