Job Description

**Job Title:** Salesforce Consultant **Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations for mid‑senior level. Drive solution design, configuration, and automation while partnering with stakeholders across business and technical domains. **Expectations:** - Lead FSL projects from requirements gathering through deployment and hand‑over. - Deliver high‑quality solution designs and transition documents. - Maintain strong communication with client and internal teams. - Demonstrate expertise in flows, automations, and cross‑cloud integrations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyse business needs and translate into Salesforce requirements. - Design, configure, and test FSL solutions, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives. - Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and transition documents. - Implement and troubleshoot flows, Process Builder, and other automation tools. - Conduct user training and support on configuration changes. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams on integration scenarios. - Provide status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership. - Participate in post‑go‑live reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years of professional Salesforce implementation experience. - Deep experience with Field Service Lightning (at least one full end‑to‑end project). - Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Apex (basic) and integration patterns. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities for both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Consulting experience within a partner or agency environment. - Capacity to produce high‑level design documentation and transition plans. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (or equivalent). - Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. - Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Specialist (or equivalent). - Willingness to pursue additional certifications as needed.
