**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end development of web and mobile applications across Java, Ruby on Rails, AngularJS, and ReactJS stacks on AWS. Drive design, coding, review, testing, deployment, and documentation to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions within tight schedules.
**Expectations**
- 5+ years of full‑stack professional experience.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, HCI, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to estimate effort, meet aggressive milestones, and work independently or within cross‑functional teams.
- Rapid learning mindset; thrives in fast‑paced, iterative environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, code, and deploy front‑end (AngularJS/ReactJS) and back‑end (Java, Ruby on Rails) components.
- Implement PostgreSQL and Redis data models; craft RESTful APIs.
- Estimate development effort and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and enforce coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and address ad‑hoc tickets.
- Produce clear, comprehensive technical specifications and requirements documents.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance system reliability and architecture.
**Required Skills**
- Proficient in AngularJS, ReactJS, Java, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, and RESTful API design.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Strong understanding of front‑end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and version control (Git).
- Expertise in writing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Excellent estimation, multitasking, and delivery under pressure.
- Solid communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect is a plus but not mandatory.
