**Job Title** Procurement Buyer – Category (Family) **Role Summary** Drive the procurement strategy and execution for a defined material family, ensuring cost competitiveness, supplier reliability, and compliance with renewable energy equipment requirements. Partner closely with project and product buyers, manage supplier relationships, and lead contract negotiations. **Expactations** - Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in renewable energy or related sectors. - Proven track record of strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier performance improvement. - Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills. - Advanced negotiation, contract management, and SRM expertise. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and implement category‑specific procurement strategy. - Own the full supplier life‑cycle: identification, evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring. - Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with key suppliers; manage continuous improvement plans, including RSE aspects. - Develop Procurement Plans, RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, and contractual documentation. - Negotiate and finalize contracts across the assigned portfolio. - Resolve disputes in coordination with Legal; monitor compliance with contractual obligations. - Track and report procurement KPIs (cost, delivery, quality, sustainability metrics). - Maintain a robust and up‑to‑date supplier database and scorecard. **Required Skills** - Expertise in e‑procurement, SRM, category planning, and RFI/RFP/RFQ cycles. - Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management. - Solid understanding of renewable energy market dynamics and regulatory aspects. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Fluency in English (C1 or higher). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Engineering or Business Administration from a recognized institution. - Professional procurement certification preferred (e.g., CPSM, CIPS). ---
