Job Description: **Job Title** Lead SharePoint Senior **Role Summary** Senior SharePoint developer responsible for designing, building, and delivering SharePoint Online solutions within a modern workplace environment. Works closely with project managers and technical leaders to shape architecture, drive development, conduct unit and integration tests, and ensure code quality and accessibility. Acts as a client-facing technical advisor on authentication, identity, and M365 integration. **Expectations** - Own end-to-end SharePoint solution delivery, from feasibility study to deployment. - Apply best practices in eco‑design, accessibility, and secure coding. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and cross‑functional teams. - Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and testing. - Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Project Scoping & Architecture** - Conduct feasibility analyses and risk assessments. - Define solution architecture and estimate development effort. - Prepare technical documentation for architecture and design decisions. 2. **Development & Integration** - Build SharePoint Online components using SPFx, TypeScript, and React. - Develop APIs and connect them to Microsoft 365 services. - Implement authentication, identity, and security mechanisms. 3. **Testing & Quality Assurance** - Write and execute unit and integration tests. - Review code for quality, performance, and adherence to standards. - Ensure solutions meet accessibility and eco‑design requirements. 4. **Client Interaction & Knowledge Transfer** - Deliver demos and presentations to clients. - Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations. - Support change‑management activities for smooth adoption. 5. **Agile Collaboration** - Attend daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint commitments. **Required Skills** - 5+ years SharePoint Online back‑end development experience. - Proficiency with SPFx, TypeScript, and React. - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and REST APIs. - Knowledge of authentication, identity, and security best practices. - Experience with accessibility standards and eco‑design principles. - Solid grasp of Agile Scrum processes and collaboration tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of professional SharePoint development. - Preferred: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or Microsoft 365 Developer Associate.
