**Role Summary**
Lead a global marketing organization (NA, EMEA, JAPAC) to sustain the momentum of a 2025 go‑to‑market strategy and drive revenue growth across demand, field, partner, and customer marketing functions for a B2B SaaS enterprise.
**Expectations**
- 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with senior global leadership exposure.
- Proven track record managing multi‑million euro budgets and reporting marketing outcomes to C‑level stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in sales‑led and product‑led growth, integrated demand generation, field/partner marketing, ROI optimization, attribution modeling, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, etc.).
- Executive presence and strong communication skills for cross‑functional alignment and C‑suite presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and to travel to Helsinki as required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct, coach, and inspire regional marketing leads across time zones, ensuring consistent strategy execution and cross‑functional alignment with Brand, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Own and optimize a multi‑million euro marketing budget, driving predictable, scalable pipeline contributions and delivering regular performance updates to executive leadership.
- Design and implement a repeatable global field and partner marketing framework that accelerates deal velocity and deepens customer relationships.
- Oversee integrated sales‑led and product‑led growth programs, monitoring conversion rates, pacing, ROI, and funnel health in partnership with RevOps and Sales leadership.
- Champion best‑in‑class planning, measurement, and attribution practices; lead data‑driven decision making and test‑and‑learn experimentation.
- Serve as strategic advisor to the CMO and executive team on growth strategy, operational scalability, and continuous improvement of marketing operations.
**Required Skills**
- Leadership of international teams across multiple time zones.
- Budget management, financial acumen, and ROI optimization.
- Expertise in sales‑led and product‑led demand generation, field and partner marketing, and enterprise/mid‑market B2B SaaS.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, and related analytics/demand generation platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive‑level stakeholder management.
- Ability to think strategically, drive experimentation, and implement scalable processes.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications in marketing analytics, demand generation or relevant platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) are advantageous.
