**Job Title** Business & Data Analyst Intern **Role Summary** Support the Digital Factory initiative by analyzing manufacturing processes, developing data‑driven solutions, and delivering actionable insights that enhance efficiency, transparency, and cost‑effectiveness across global operations. **Expectations** - Participate in real‑world projects during summer or co‑op terms. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, documenting requirements, building solutions, and delivering training. - Maintain high accuracy, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and meet project deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct business process analysis; create flowcharts and documentation. - Build custom dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SQL, PowerBI, and Tulip. - Identify and implement process improvements with new tools or reforms. - Train end‑users on dashboards, programs, and updated processes. - Create and execute project plans tracking resources, tasks, status, and deadlines. - Engage daily with users and process owners to uncover opportunities and issues. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Experience with SQL and a BI tool (e.g., PowerBI). - Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills. - Detail oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field). - Coursework or experience in data analytics, database querying, or business process modeling. ---
