**Job title:** Senior GTM Systems Salesforce Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. Lead complex cross‑cloud initiatives, integrate with GTM platforms (Gainsight, DealHub, Clari), and maintain robust DevOps practices to drive reliable deployments and platform performance.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver technically sound, future‑proof Salesforce solutions aligned with GTM goals.
- Ensure governance, scalability, and maintainability of customizations.
- Mentor peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously improve integration patterns, deployment pipelines, and documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration with external GTM systems.
- Develop customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, applying scalable patterns (batch, asynchronous, bulk).
- Configure and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data quality and performance.
- Own version control (Git), review pull requests, and drive CI/CD pipelines for efficient, reliable releases.
- Produce and maintain system documentation, integration flow diagrams, and testing frameworks.
- Identify process simplification opportunities and champion best practices across the GTM stack.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds).
- Advanced Apex (triggers, batch, asynchronous), SOQL, lightning web components.
- REST/SOAP API integration, data modeling, and governance.
- Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive in ambiguous environments, and a team player.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Developer II preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Additional relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, CPQ) are a plus.
