**Job title:** Talent Acquisition Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Support two UK brands by sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical talent, managing end‑to‑end recruitment, fostering client and alumni relationships, and driving partnership growth and graduate employment initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality hires for technical and consulting roles.
- Build strong client, candidate, and partner relationships.
- Maintain recruitment pipeline, data, and reporting accuracy.
- Contribute to brand awareness and business development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage clients to capture technical and interpersonal hiring needs.
- Identify, attract, and place Counter Consultants and Tech Leads via job ads, networking, and headhunting.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination with HR & Finance.
- Support onboarding of successful candidates.
- Cultivate relationships with alumni, Northcoders graduates, and tech returner communities.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Jobsite, Pinpoint, HubSpot CRM, and other tools for sourcing and data management.
- Assist business development: identify opportunities, support calls, represent the brand at events, and track the pipeline.
- Advertise graduate roles, shortlist candidates, match them to client needs, and maintain offer records.
- Engage clients for private training contracts and funding bids, collaborating with the Careers Team on mentorship and career support.
**Required Skills:**
- Full‑cycle talent acquisition experience in tech recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder & client‑facing skills with proven expectation management.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Pinpoint, HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross‑team collaboration abilities.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Recruitment, or related field preferred.
- Professional recruitment certifications (e.g., CIPD, PHR, or analogous qualifications) are advantageous.
